Yardi has enhanced RENTCafé® CRM™ (formerly Yardi LeasingPad CRM™) to bring seamless leasing and customer relationship management tools to the Yardi Marketing Suite™ for apartment management companies.
RENTCafé CRM delivers end-to-end mobile leasing and resident services, using real-time lead identification, lead scoring and lead tracking to ensure every lead is serviced. Leasing agents no longer have to be in the office to work efficiently. They can follow up with leads, execute leases and process renewals from a mobile device without having to switch between cumbersome programs.
Recent improvements have increased integration within the suite of property marketing tools, making it possible for users to do more, more quickly:
