Americana Holdings, the largest independently owned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise in the world, opened its 25th office location in Brea at 10 Point Drive, Suite 130. The office houses some of the city’s leading residential real estate sales executives. The Brea location is the third Orange County location Americana Holdings has opened in the past year.
The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties offices in Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills and Brea offices will soon be joined by coastal and Inland Empire locations in Huntington Beach, San Bernardino and Riverside. Americana Holdings operates the largest Berkshire Hathwaway HomeServices franchises in Nevada and Arizona and began operating in Southern California in 2015.
