13 years after the beginning of his personal transformation from an insecure and overweight teenager to an internationally represented male model and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and health coach, Bradley Jarryd has completed his first book after years of requests by friends, family, and clients.
Bradley, aka The Bradass, owes much of his transformation and current success to his passion of smoothies which he discovered working at a smoothie chain in high school. "Smoothies changed my life. I was fortunate to find something that tasted great, was refreshing, affordable, easy to make and travel with that helped me with my goals. Now, I'm a male model that teaches others how their life can change by making delicious smoothies. You can't ask for more than that." said Bradley at his release party in West Hollywood earlier in March.
His book, The Ultimate Smoothie Guide: Blending a Better Body in 5 Minutes a Day, is a combination blueprint and recipe book that covers topics such as using smoothies for weight loss and gaining muscle as well as saving money with smoothies and what is so wrong about buying smoothies at popular chains.
Currently, The Ultimate Smoothie Guide is free for a limited time on his website as a way to give back to his loyal 13K+ followers that urged him to write the book. When asked during an interview about the response of his book and giving it away for free, Bradley said "The feedback has been phenomenal. I have people all over the world sending me pictures of the smoothies they have made and telling me about the weight they have lost since trying my recipes. I wrote the book to give back to those people looking for help getting in shape. The fact that people are getting value from the book is extremely fulfilling and the reason I wanted to pursue this project."
