Absolute®, the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions, today announced an expanded partnership with Getac, a leading global designer and manufacturer of rugged mobile devices.

Getac customers include armed forces, emergency services, utilities, and logistics providers across Europe. This partnership will allow them to leverage patented Persistence® technology to maintain tight control over their devices and the sensitive data they contain.
Under the agreement, Persistence technology by Absolute will be embedded in Getac's European suite of rugged mobile devices during the manufacturing process. By activating Persistence, Getac customers will benefit from a reliable two-way connect with their endpoints, regardless of user or location.
