Nextiva, an industry-leading cloud-based communications provider, announced today that it has been honored with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Innovation in Customer Service - Telecommunications category in the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales, business development, contact center, and customer service awards. More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 11% over 2015.
For the second year in a row, Nextiva was recognized for their dedication and passion for delivering great customer service, which the company refers to as Amazing Service®.
