Now a French university has outsourced their Product Integration activity (OPI) to a Bangalore based Engineering Software services Company, MAXSOFT. (MAXrad SOFTware India Pvt Ltd)
MAXSOFT has come to an agreement with ISEN-France (Institute Supérieur de l'Electronique et du Numérique ) for integrating their software codes, ATILA with new pre & post processors, as well as marketing & supporting this product in the Asia-Pacific region.
ISEN is one of the renowned technological universities, based in Lille -France and it is a part of the Catholic Univerisity which has a heritage of more than 30 years in producing world class engineers and scientists in the specialized fields of Acoustics, Micro-Nano Technologies etc.
ATILA is a set of highly advanced software codes used for the analysis of underwater transducer development (sonars) for submarines. The product is also used for Smart Structural analysis in various applications in the aerospace & defense structures. These special software codes from the premier French University ISEN have been well validated and used by the French and the American Navy for last twenty years.
MAXSOFT will integrate the software with a new interface , which will make it more intuitive. With this new integration, ATILA will be a unique tool for the smart & active structural analysis applications with easy to use GUI, Huge material database and powerful solver.
With this new agreement, MAXSOFT will be responsible for packaging, marketing and supporting the product not only in India but in the whole of Asia-Pacific region. The targeted users are the aerospace & defense entities in India & other Asia pacific countries like ISRO, DRDO, CSIR, Naval Labs etc. MAXSOFT would be soon opening its offices in Singapore (For Far East operations), China and Australia. The Institute would be affiliated to ISEN and the courses will be based on the ISEN curriculum and offered as advanced engineering courses for engineers, scientists from various R&Ds.
