Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties has appointed Amanda Franchi branch manager at its West Sahara office in Las Vegas. Franchi oversees 220 real estate sales professionals at one of the company’s largest offices in Southern Nevada.
“Amanda’s experience in both coaching and sales make her a perfect fit to help our real estate sales executives build their businesses,” said Gordon Miles, president and COO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. Franchi was previously a sales manager with the company before becoming branch manager. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2001, and spent seven years with the renowned Mike Ferry real estate coaching organization. Ferry is known as one of the country’s leading residential real estate business coaches.
Franchi holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from UNLV and started her sales career more than 20 years ago in the field of fitness. “Health and fitness are critical elements to business success, whether in real estate or any other career,” she said. “My coaching philosophy is to help Berkshire Hathaway sales executives achieve their goals in all areas of their lives, both personally and professionally.”
Franchi is a licensed Nevada REALTOR and holds an ABR designation. She is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS (GLVAR), the Yoga Alliance and WestCare Nevada Community Involvement Center.
