Toronto-based developer and investor Hullmark Developments Ltd anticipates reducing the time needed to prepare financial reports, process invoices and manage construction projects with new solutions from Yardi®.
Yardi Voyager®, Hullmark’s new mobile-enabled and tablet-compatible property management and accounting platform, will automate leasing workflow and eliminate the company’s dependence on spreadsheets and manual data entry in generating financial reports. Yardi Procure to Pay™ will cut hours from Hullmark’s invoice processing by scanning invoices into electronic transactions and automating the approval workflow through vendor payment. Yardi Construction Management™ will automate job costing and receivables for Hullmark’s construction lifecycle.
