Fort Family Investments (FFI), an owner of residential and commercial properties, will perform multiple business operations with Yardi Voyager® 7S, a browser-agnostic and fully mobilized Software as a Service property management and accounting platform.
FFI will extend the core Yardi Voyager platform with solutions from the Yardi Multifamily Suite™. One of them, RENTCafé®, gives FFI a full online leasing and resident services solution that includes marketing, rent payments, maintenance requests, with social media and reputation management tools. FFI will also use RENTCafé to update residents in its communities on social activities and other news. Yardi Resident Screening™ is an online resident screening system that will minimize risk for FFI by providing automated, customized recommendations. Yardi Payment Processing™ allows residents of FFI’s residential communities to make payments for rent and other expenses online.
