LexisNexis® Legal & Professional today announced the launch of a new quarterly publication titled The Lexis Practice Advisor Journal™ aimed at providing transactional lawyers fresh, contemporary perspectives on the news, trends and issues impacting their practice. The company also announced the addition of a new offering of forms, practice notes, news, legal content and resources for its Lexis Practice Advisor® solution that focuses on business and commercial practice in the state of New York.
The Lexis Practice Advisor Journal is produced by the LexisNexis editorial team and published quarterly with articles written by a roster of more than 300 expert practicing lawyers who deliver a sophisticated collection of coverage designed to help transactional attorneys stay up to date on emerging issues that impact their practice. The first issue, Winter 2015/2016, has been published and is available to current and future subscribers of Lexis Practice Advisor, the LexisNexis online practice guidance resource.

LexisNexis also added a new jurisdictional offering to the Lexis Practice Advisor solution. The New York Business & Commercial offering provides New York attorneys and those serving New York based clients with jurisdiction-specific resources and practical guidance. Developed by a LexisNexis team of lawyers in conjunction with experts in New York practice, the offering delivers access to expert guidance, practice notes, model forms, checklists and trends on key activities specifically for business and commercial practice in New York. Content is designed to serve customers across the state, though many topics include both New York and national treatment. New York state specific topics include fast growing areas of practice such as Estate Planning, Family Transactions, Private Equity, Private M&A and Real Estate.
The content was developed and authored by practicing attorneys at leading national and local firms and companies in New York, including Moses & Singer LLP, McDermott Will & Emery and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
