Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law, has changed its firm name to Maupin • Naylor • Braster. The firm focuses its legal practices in commercial litigation, construction law, appellate law and alternative dispute resolution. It is managed by long-time Las Vegas attorneys John Naylor and Jennifer Braster, with the Honorable A. William Maupin. Naylor and Braster founded the firm in 2014.
According to Braster, the name change reflects the firm’s experience and honors retired Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court A. William Maupin, who is an attorney with the firm. “Justice Maupin is one of our legal community’s most respected professionals, both as an attorney and judge,” she said. Prior to joining Maupin • Naylor • Braster, he was a shareholder at Lionel Sawyer & Collins.
