Local businesses can now access world-leading Voice of the Customer and Market Research technology with the Australian launch of global solutions giant, Confirmit.
The world’s predominant provider of Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Employee, and Market Research solutions, yesterday (Tuesday September 8) marked the launch with a highly successful event attended by some of Confirmit’s international experts, clients, and industry leaders and analysts, including IDC, Forrester and Ovum.
The launch of Confirmit Australia follows the company’s acquisition of Information Research Management (IRM) earlier this year and its commitment to meet growing interest in the role of customer experience in the Asia Pacific region.
IRM was Confirmit’s long-term reseller in Australia, providing local sales, support, training and consulting services to customers including the NRMA, The Online Research Unit, PureProfile and Fairfax Media Limited.
Tim Hannington, EVP EMEA & APAC, said Australian organizations can now utilize the latest technology consistently being developed by Confirmit’s renowned international team.
“This is a huge opportunity for both Confirmit and our customers to take great strides forward together,” Mr Hannington said.
“By consolidating our presence in Australia, we will be able to work closer than ever with businesses in this vital region.
“The team is looking forward to building up our operations in Australia to reflect the depth of the global Confirmit business for both Market Research and Voice of the Customer.”
Chris Breslin, Confirmit Australia Country Manager, said Confirmit’s recent introduction of an Australian SaaS environment has provided the region with a highly resilient, low-latency service which will underpin the solutions used by new and existing customers.
“Market Research companies that use a computer-assisted telephone interviewing operation as well as online and other channels, can streamline their data collection and analysis by using Confirmit,” Mr Breslin said.
“It is all contained within one solution so they only have to set up one survey which can then be deployed to multiple channels.
“We can also offer mobile applications, social media monitoring, sentiment analysis and beacon-triggered surveys based on a client’s location in, for example, a shopping center.”
IRM client Sam Dier, Managing Director of The Online Research Unit, welcomed the opening of the office and the new opportunities the expansion would provide.
“The ORU is excited by Confirmit’s entry into Australia,” Mr Dier said.
“With our long and successful working relationship with the IRM team we look forward to the opportunities access to the broader Confirmit team will deliver to our growing business.
“Use of the Confirmit HorizonsTM software gives our clients confidence in terms of capability and reliability, critical to their high value, high stakes research projects.”
