Las Vegas, NV, United States, 2015/07/27 - Alison Hamlet and Shara Terry join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties' Camelback office and specialize in working with luxury properties in the Camelback corridor, Arcadia and Paradise Valley communities.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties welcomes top-producing real estate brokers Alison Hamlet and Shara Terry to their Camelback office at 3200 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix. Hamlet and Terry have formed the Hamlet Terry Team and specialize in working with luxury properties in the Camelback corridor, Arcadia and Paradise Valley communities.
Terry is a native Phoenician and has worked in the industry as a real estate executive and investor since 1991. Hamlet has been a real estate investor for 20 years and both were most recently affiliated with a local Keller Williams franchise. During Hamlet’s time there, she was recognized as the firm’s Rookie of The Year and Terry served on a Leadership Council for Top Producers. Most recently, the team directed the Luxury Mastermind division for luxury real estate professionals and was awarded the firm’s Culture award for their contributions to those real estate executives.
“Alison and Shara make a very effective team, and we’re thrilled they are now affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties,” said Mark Stark, CEO. “They complement each other’s skills perfectly. Alison is exceptionally effective selling homes and Shara has had tremendous success representing buyers. Together they sold nearly $11 million in local real estate last year.”
Hamlet and Terry are known in the industry for their negotiating savvy, strategic business background and attention to customer service. Both have in-depth knowledge of the industry as buyers, sellers, investors and real estate executives. Terry has managed and owned consumer businesses, is a valley native and known for her client advocacy. “I am passionate about understanding my clients’ real estate needs and translating those into property choices that exceed their expectations,” said Terry. “It is more than real estate; it is about creating a life of their dreams.” Prior to her work in real estate, Hamlet was a chief labor negotiator for a large pharmaceutical company and says her negotiating skills have benefitted many luxury real estate clients. “I think like an investor and business person first, which especially resonates with higher net worth clients,” she said.
Hamlet said the team decided to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties due to its reputation for representing luxury home clients. “The company has a great culture, vision, collaborative spirit and a significant brand presence,” she said. “Those are all the elements we were looking for to continue our mission of ‘Better Together, ’ meaning Shara and I together with our clients and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Hamlet Terry Team can be reached at 602-288-4400 or online. The team is active on social media and uses state-of-the-art marketing platforms to represent their clients. “We use all available technology including web platforms, video search engine optimization and social media to represent our clients and communicate with prospective buyers,” said Terry.
