FIS™, a global leader in banking and payments technology as well as consulting and outsourcing solutions, has been named among the Best Places to Work in Northeast Florida and Central Florida by the business journals of Jacksonville and Orlando. This is the second year in a row that FIS has been recognized among the Best Places to Work by the Orlando Business Journal.
Both locations earned points for the unique ways they reward employees on-campus concerts, sports outings, family days at the zoo, special parking, company stock and more as well as the cultures of support and care they engender, which includes “STAR Awards,” a program where employees nominate other employees for the support they provide. Both also take part in regular charitable and community events together.
Employees were surveyed for each of the recognitions, giving them a chance to describe their actual experiences and how they feel about working at FIS. Results at both locations were very strong, something company leaders are proud of.
