Both managing partners from the law firm of Naylor & Braster have been selected by Super Lawyers among the top attorneys in Nevada and the Western United States. John M. Naylor was named a “Mountain States Super Lawyer” and Jennifer L. Braster was named a “Mountain States Rising Star” for 2015.

Naylor was recently appointed to the Las Vegas Justice Court’s Pro-Tem panel for the 2015-2016 term. He also serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and pro bono counsel for The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program to represent veterans before the United States Court of Appeals For Veterans Claims.

A respected Las Vegas litigator, Braster gained a wide-range of experience at both Pisanelli Bice and Lionel Sawyer & Collins. She has practiced before both the state and federal courts in Nevada at both the trial court and appellate level. She has also represented clients in a variety of business conflicts including high-stakes partnership, property and construction disputes. Braster was recently selected as a 2015 “Woman 2 Watch” by Vegas Inc.

Braster is a founding member of the State Bar of Nevada’s Animal Law Section and currently serves in the position of Treasurer. Through this position and her litigation practice she strives to advance the protections to animals in Nevada.
