WestCorp Management Group is celebrating the grand opening of its newest apartment community in Southern Nevada. The Wyatt, a 308-unit development near Badura Avenue and Buffalo Road, is now open for new residents. The brand-new community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units with rental prices starting at $899 per month.
WestCorp Management Group is handling the leasing and management of The Wyatt, located at 1005 S. Buffalo Drive in Las Vegas. WestCorp is a leading privately owned, third-party multifamily property management company.
“The Wyatt is one of several brand-new apartment communities we are opening this year,” said Margaret Valdez, vice president of operations for WestCorp Management Group. “The community and the individual units are designed with today’s lifestyles in mind. The Wyatt’s units range in size from 644 to 1,390 square feet and include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pre-wiring for satellite, USB jacks in the walls and a 50-inch flat-screen television.
