This comes after ranking # 24 on the 2014 list. The DiversityInc Top 50 includes companies from a wide range of industries whose leadership, procurement practices, communications and training best reflect the reality of the rapidly changing face of America.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that ADP has been recognized for excellence and leadership in diversity by DiversityInc. The full list can be found at DiversityInc.

Each company's rank is based on objective analysis of 183 separate factors, based on data from a 300-question survey. The four equally weighted areas of measurement include Talent Pipeline, Equitable Talent Development, CEO/Leadership Commitment, and Supplier Diversity.
