Ceca Foundation’s caregiver recognition software for participating healthcare institutions has gone live! Ceca selected CC Pace based in Fairfax, Virginia to develop the custom site. Ceca provides the funding, tools and best practice training to enable individual caregivers to openly recognize their fellow caregivers by nominating them for the Ceca Award. Winners are chosen from those caregivers receiving nominations, who best exhibit core values of empathy, humor, integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
Ceca selected CC Pace based on their Agile approach and experience in building high end custom web applications, and their flexible, client-centric service delivery. “We wanted a software development company who could build a customized system, and who would be sensitive to the cost consciousness of a charity”, stated Matthew Lawlor, Chair and Chief Executive of the Ceca Foundation. “We not only got exactly what we were looking for in the system, but we also got a trusted partner in CC Pace who believes in and supports our cause.” CC Pace delivered frequent releases to a cloud-based test environment which allowed the two organizations to collaborate directly throughout the development process. The first week the new system was launched over 2,000 users registered, to date the adoption/usage rates have been rated highly favorable.
