Sibiu, the former European Capital of Culture will be the 5th Conectys location around the world after Ghent (Belgium), Bucharest (Romania), Davao City (Philippines) and the homes of Conectys' growing Work from Home professionals. With a projected capacity of 200 seats and an opening planned for the third quarter of 2015, the location will benefit from Conectys’ tested business continuity setup that includes redundant server infrastructure, diesel power backup, as well as real-time overflow and failover between Sibiu and the growing global Conectys network.
This new expansion comes as further proof of Conectys’ experience in process, technology and employee development. The company’s drive for excellence was acknowledged in 2014 through 4 industry awards, from European BPO Contract of the Year, to Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year, and it has already made the shortlists of 3 notable competitions in 2015.
