The Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons is proud to announce the election of their qualified board members to serve from January 2015 through January 2017. The Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons is pleased to announce that Shaun D. Parson, MD will be among the elected board certified plastic surgeons to serve on the board.
Shaun Parson, MD brings over 15 years of experience within the Plastic and Reconstruction medical field to the society. He has continuously displayed a passion and enthusiasm for educating his patients, as well as the public, about advances within the industry and educated decision-making. In addition, Dr. Shaun Parson has always exhibited the highest standard of professionalism and competence.
The Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons is a non-profit membership organization consisting of 90 Arizona board certified plastic surgeons. The mission of the Society is to encourage and assist in the promotion and advancement of the art and science of plastic surgery; encourage and promote the highest standard of professional skills and competence among Arizona plastic surgeons; and improve communications to the public about all aspects of plastic surgery through interaction with other medical and health professionals, professional societies and governmental bodies.
Shaun Parson, MD is honored to be among the top doctors in the state elected to this prestigious board. About Dr. Shaun Parson
Dr. Parson (drparson.com) trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He has participated with the Operation Smile Organization, donating his surgical skills to correct congenital facial defects in children. In addition, Dr. Parson is currently an Associate Professor of Surgery at The University of Arizona. He was also a Clinical Instructor in Plastic Surgery for both The Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency and The Mayo Clinic.
