Today Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties recognized its top individual real estate sales executives and teams at its annual sales event held in the Aria Resort. The company, which operates the largest Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchises in both Nevada and Arizona, posted a record $2.7 billion sales volume in 2014.
“2014 was an exciting year for our company and for our 1,200 real estate executives in Nevada,” said Mark Stark, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. “Aligning our company with Berkshire Hathaway in 2014 gave our executives increased brand recognition and even more technology, education and support to make their jobs easier and their clients’ experiences top notch.”

Shapiro & Sher Group was named one of the Top 10 teams in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ global network and will be recognized at its annual sales conference in Las Vegas next week. The McGarey Group and Jack Woodcock were recognized among the Top 5 in commercial real estate and the company’s Sahara and St. Rose offices were named among the Top 10 offices in the global network. and seven Nevada teams including Brown Blankfeld Group, The Carver Team, The McGarey Group, The Mullin Group, the Napoli Group and Shapiro & Sher Group were named among the company’s Top 100 in the world.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Southwest office was named Branch of the Year. Tom Ratanakul, senior staff accountant, was named Employee of the Year and Dustin Dufour was named Rookie of the Year with $7.6 million in home sales.
The Craig Tann Group was recognized as the company’s top contributor to the non-profit Sunshine Kids Foundation. The company’s Americana Charitable Foundation supports dozens of organizations including Opportunity Village, Toys For Tots, The American Cancer Society, Move For Hunger, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and the Sunshine Kids Foundation. Hundreds of real estate sales executives also donate to individual charities and give a percentage of their earnings with every home sale to non-profit organizations, amounting to hundreds of thousands donated over the years.
