5 Star SWD, LLC (5 Star) would like to announce that it has officially secured a large tract of land in Madison County, Texas on behalf of its inaugural fund, 5 Star Strategic Fund I, LP. This tract of land will eventually house a state-of-the-art injection facility which will offer salt water disposal and mud reclamation services to operators and tucking companies throughout the area. The location will be known as, 5 Star Zulch SWD & Mud Reclamation Center.
“5 Star is committed to helping facilitate the long term growth and production of the Eagle Ford Shale Play, trending up through the Eaglebine, Buda and Goodland Lime,” stated Waylan Johnson, President of 5 Star. He further stated,“With four injection facility locations strategically placed throughout the Eagleford and Eaglebine, we are ready and poised to capitalize on current area needs. Due to the business model we have in place and high standards we have set for ourselves, we believe 5 Star has cultivated a strong foundation for success and look forward to further expanding our footprint throughout the area.”
Last year, 5 Star entered into a consulting and oversight management agreement with ALL Consulting, LLC (ALL). ALL will oversee the construction of each 5 Star facility and manage daily operations once the facilities are up and running. The first of 5 Star’s facilities, 5 Star Fashing SWD, is expected to be open for business within the next couple of weeks. Additional facilities will continue to open throughout the year.
