The non-exclusive agreement focuses of the companies’ establishing a partnership agreement for the delivery of global e-learning systems.
Among other things, the agreement means that eLearning247 will licence EdTrIn and its content production partners to use eLearning247’s nimble®Author for the development of e-learning content. In return, eLearning247 will promote EdTrIn’s learning management system (LMS) to its customers as a way of accessing new and exciting markets.
