Demetree Real Estate Services, Inc. (DRESI) announced today that Mary Demetree has executed an agreement to merge with AC Commercial Realty, Inc, a Florida-based commercial property management firm, wholly owned by Rory A. Williams. Mr. Williams has been positioned as the managing partner for the new entity, DRESI, LLC DBA Demetree Real Estate Services.
As a result of this transaction, Demetree Real Estate Services can begin offering its client base a wealth of commercial property management expertise. AC Commercial’s client base can expect to see improvements across the board due to the company’s newly available resources, reliable infrastructure, and extended geographical footprint.

Rory Williams is a seasoned commercial property management veteran. After acquiring his finance-focused MBA, from the University of San Francisco, he spent the next 8 years building and growing various commercial property management companies, with a strong focus on commercial properties, self-storage facilities and mobile home communities in the State of California.
Three years after relocating to Orlando, FL in 2008, Mr. Williams chose to form AC Commercial Realty. He grew the business into a 65 person operation that was responsible for the management of millions of square feet of space across a diversified portfolio of properties.

Mary Demetree, a native Floridian, is the CEO & Chairwoman of Demetree Global (demetreerealestate.com). As an alumna of the University of Alabama, she began her career with Demetree Builders as executive vice president and chief operating officer before acquiring the company and eventually forming many others, all of which are now under the umbrella of Demetree Global.
