LEAD2015 is a two-day leadership forum featuring stories from 22 hand-selected world thought leaders. The forum in its entirety will be live streamed from the Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas to hundreds of remote host sites across North America (including companies, schools, associations & communities). The carefully crafted content is designed to inspire leadership in people from all walks of life and has specific content directed to corporate leaders, women in leadership, youth in leadership and individuals with disabilities.

He survived a suicide mission, a rocket attack, a night in jail and traumatic hearing loss. He always wanted to be a hero! Actor Ron Livingston played him in his life story in a movie called the Music Within.
Father of 8, he recently adopted four young girls. Richard will be speaking at LEAD2015 about how everyone can be a hero and how you should choose charisma over character when following leaders.
