After tallying the statistics, 2014 was another great year for Signature Realty & Management’s full-service real estate firm. With four offices in two counties, the team provides solutions in real estate sales, residential property management and community association management. Earlier this year, the company was once again recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Residential Property Management firms in the Metropolitan Jacksonville region.
This week, the broker and co-owner of Signature, Bryan Cantrell, is taking time out to recognize the top selling agents at each of his three Duval County offices. The top selling agent for the Penman Road Beaches Office (and company-wide, as well) was Michele Richey-Martin. “Working for a diversified full-service agency like Signature has increased my success with powerful cross-promotion and referrals. Having lived in the area for over 40 years also offers an edge. Clients in and out of Florida want to work with agents that can offer insights and persistence in finding the perfect home, whether a rental or a sale.”
Over at the Mandarin Corporate Headquarters on Hartley Road, Janice Larsen was the top seller. “Good communication has been a key to my success with clients. I try to be a ‘voice of reason’ when people navigate the home buying or selling process. This pays off with excellent referrals and word-of-mouth that lasts long beyond the closing table. I don’t want to just meet, but to exceed expectations.”
Across the bridge on the Westside, at the company’s newest location off of 103rd Street and Green Forest Boulevard, Tammy Larrick was the top selling agent. “Since we’ve moved to this new location, we see a lot more foot traffic, in addition to the visitors that are attracted by our stronger digital presence. We’re a lot more visible and we’re building more and better relationships in our immediate community.”
Although the company is taking a special time-out to acknowledge each office’s top producers, owner and broker Bryan Cantrell knows that a lot of teamwork and behind-the-scenes support fuels each Top Producer. “2015 is pretty special to us; it’s one of those milestone years. 20 years ago, Noreen and I launched this business. Two decades later, we’ve seen just about every high and low in the market that you can image, and here we are still standing. We’re grateful for that, because not every brokerage has been so lucky. We owe a lot of that success to the relationships we’ve built over the years. We were ‘relationship marketing’ before that was a buzz word!”
