The Collection | 1989 benevolent award winner will be selected by the Martin Luther King jr. teaching staff. Collection | 1989 will not choose the winner of the award. The winner will be selected based on financial need, citizenship and merit observed by the internal teaching staff at Martin Luther King jr. High school of Detroit, MI.
