3D Industries, is always looking for new ways to bring innovation from its manufacturing network to our clients in the action sports industries, 3D’s new lightweight reflective jacket does just that. With our newest offering in high tech material, we are pleased to offer R-250CPL reflective qualities in an allover fabric! R-250CPL is the industry standard for reflective materials.
This new innovative material can be made in any suitable design, jacket, parka, pant, etc. The material can be printed, embroidered or sewn with a patch. The fabric is coated with reflective glass beads. (It is the same material used in reflective safety vests, but softer and more flexible.) We also can develop this material with a 2 Layer TPU lamination or a 3 Layer TPU lamination + tricot to make seam sealed snow outerwear.
This new reflective fabric material is perfect for applications in action sports and snow/outdoor products creating a bold visual look and a high visibility safety feature. Many products can be manufactured from this new material, everything from jackets, to lighter breathables.
