Headquartered in Hermosa Beach California, Edwin Duterte will provide a refreshing approach to commercial real estate sales, leasing and development utilizing his decades-long career in real estate finance and investment analysis.

He will also work with various REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) who are looking to operate healthcare facilities such as assisted living, hospice care and drug treatment.

Edwin Duterte has an extensive real estate finance background and has been involved with over $500 million in real estate transactions since 1998. He has analyzed, financed, or sold the full spectrum of asset types including retail, industrial, office and multi-family properties. Aside from the typical asset classes, he also bring significant experience in lending and transacting upon tract housing and condominium conversion developments, self-storage and hotel asset types. He has served as an underwriter and loan officer at multiple institutional level lenders including Freddie Mac, California Federal Bank, Hawthorne Savings Bank, Chinatrust Bank USA, and First Bank of Beverly Hills.
Edwin is a multi-dimensional professional who enjoys community involvement. His community volunteerism during the Great Recession has been honored by KNX Radio for “Hero of the Week” and KTLA Television for “Hero at Home” series.
