NurseWise, a medical triage and health education phone service that provides 24/7 support to the patients of contracted clients, licensed Telemedicine Natural Language Processing (NLP) of Coded Chief Complaints from Health Navigator, Inc. After a successful four week pilot at one of their three call centers, Centene rolled out the natural language processing engine to all three call centers last month.
