Northeast Professional Planning Group, Inc., (NPPG) a leading employee benefits, retirement planning and actuarial consulting firm has announced the purchase of select assets of Sudbury Actuarial Consultants, Inc., an actuarial consulting services firm.
Sudbury Actuarial Consultants, Inc. (SAC), established in 2004 by Gayle Moses has successfully been providing retirement plan administration, design, consulting and actuarial services in the Boston Metropolitan area. Under the terms of the asset purchase agreement, NPPG will obtain a select group of retirement plan clients. The agreement was effective December 1, 2014.
