Comprehensive search capability allows users to conduct a quick and easy home search with listings pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service. The database is updated constantly to give users the latest listings at their fingertips.
Prospective home buyers can search by type of property, community and neighborhood; price range; and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. They can also conduct an advanced search based on specific criteria, such as waterfront, new construction, swimming pool, year built and other features.
The ground-up design also features a blog, links to social media sites, and tools for buyers and sellers, including a free home valuation. Buyers can also create saved searches, and sign up for instant email alerts when new homes that match their criteria come on the market.
