Wellbe has been chosen as a finalist in this year’s Fierce Innovation Awards: Healthcare Edition, a recognition program from the publisher of FierceHealthIT, FierceHealthcare, and FierceMobileHealthcare. Wellbe is one of three finalists in the category of Population Health Management/Patient Engagement.
Wellbe was selected as an innovations finalist for its Guided CarePath solution, which engages patients to navigate their episodes of care in partnership with their providers.
