The donation will be the largest single donation in history for Soles4Souls, a nonprofit organization that coordinates footwear donations around the world.
"Holey Soles has made an incredible gesture that will impact one hundred thousand lives," said Wayne Elsey, founder of Soles4Souls. "These wonderful shoes will be distributed to people in several African countries, as well as Central and South America, and we couldn't be more pleased to deliver these shoes to people who will greatly appreciate the gift."

According to the release, the official announcement of the donation will be Made at the February WSA Show in Las Vegas.
