“This is an all artisan, juried, hand-crafted Fair. We make sure everything at the fair is handmade by the sellers. That makes it a unique fair that’s been a favorite in San Diego for 37 years” - Veronica Hall-Rizzo, Craft Fair Manager. Veronica, also the matriarch of the winery family and chief gardener of the well maintained gardens of the winery, has been managing the fair for most of its 37 years. The Arts and Crafts fair is twice a year, in October and May.
The Bernardo Winery, established in 1889, is the oldest continuously producing winery in Southern California. Family owned and operated by the Rizzo Family, the Bernardo Winery still produces red varietal wines from San Diego grapes in the same Italian tradition as it has for 3 generations. The winery is also home to a village of shops and artists galleries, a theater, café and coffee shop. Located at 13330 Paseo del Verano, San Diego CA in Rancho Bernardo.
