Pereg Gourmet, a family-owned company specializing in ancient grains and spices, presented its products for the Salon International de l'Agroalimentaire (SIAL) Innovation 2014 Operation, which reveals food trends and innovations worldwide. The company’s Soup Mix Grains and Quinoa with Spinach Mix were selected by a jury of independent experts as products whose characteristics generate new benefits for the consumer and/or distributor. Pereg Gourmet was recognized by the SIAL organization for its dynamism and creativity.
Pereg Gourmet (pereg-gourmet.com) will be exhibiting at SIAL’s upcoming trade fair, the world’s number 1 food exhibition, which is held in Paris from October 19 to 23, 2014. The company will be at Booth #4R062 in Hall 4.
