AccelOps, the leader in IT operations analytics for the modern data center, has been rated by Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) as having the Most Flexible Deployment solution among 17 products compared in a report authored by EMA Vice President of Research Jim Frey and Principal Research Analyst Tracy Corbo.
The analysts also rated AccelOps a “Strong Value” and noted the product received the highest possible rating for customer satisfaction and configurability.
“EMA Radar for Enterprise Network Availability Monitoring Systems (ENAMS) Q3 2014” recognized AccelOps for its rich ENAMS capabilities. The company’s flagship product, AccelOps 4, was highlighted as a multifunctional, cross-domain management solution designed to address the unified infrastructure management needs for both the enterprise and Managed Service Provider (MSP) sectors. The combination of wide support for hypervisors and VM-based deployment packaging was unique enough that EMA gave special recognition to the AccelOps solution for “Most Flexible Deployment.”
AccelOps also rated very well in terms of discovery functionality, alarm correlation/suppression, and fault isolation and troubleshooting. AccelOps also received gold stars and the highest possible ranking for overall customer satisfaction.
