As well as being an author, Wendy Dewar Hughes is a book mentor and writing coach. She is the author of numerous ghost written books (where she does the writing for the author) as well as her own titles.
As with most creative people, Wendy is creative in more than one area. Besides being a novelist, she is also a professional artist. She creates custom-designed book covers for her writing and publishing clients' books and she also licenses her art work to gift companies to apply to various products that are sold throughout the world.
Being a visual artist helps her to create amazing word pictures in her writing and her readers often comment that her descriptions are so realistic they felt they were in the scene themselves.
Wendy is the owner of Summer Bay Press, a company that mentors writers to start and complete their books. Summer Bay Press also offers custom cover designing, interior book design and e-book formatting.
