Unlike conventional alkyd or oil-based primers, New and Improved Bloc-Rust Premium uses an advanced waterborne alkyd technology, which provides the superior application properties of an oil-based primer. The product is low odor, fast drying, and is easy to apply. Because Bloc-Rust uses waterborne alkyd technology, tools and equipment can easily be cleaned with water instead of conventional solvents.
