Comark is pleased to announce that it has joined forces with Nematron via acquisition. The acquisition immediately adds a number of standard product offerings to Comark’s product lineup while strengthening the industrial automation sales channel with Nematron’s established distribution network.
With over 60 years of combined industry experience, Comark and Nematron will leverage the strengths of both companies to provide a wide range of engineered and standard solutions to the industrial automation market.
