Stephen comes to CFA with a solid business background with over 30 years experience in general management, sales, and corporate development, for both global and entrepreneurial firms. Prior to joining CFA, Steve was a partner with a middle-market advisory firm based in New Jersey focused on sell side engagements in industrial and distribution markets. As a former principal at Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance practice, Steve managed buy-side acquisitions and joint venture projects for both domestic and foreign clients. He also served in operating and corporate development roles with Aeroquip-Vickers, TRW, and Federal Mogul.
