Scheduled for July 13-14 in Laguna Beach, Calif., the conference connects corporate executives, in-house lawyers, outside counsel, judges and thought leaders in a series of panel discussions that examine how companies are creating, storing, using, archiving and deleting information.
Rasmussen’s session, a panel discussion titled “Conquering Big Data with Reusable eDiscovery Assets,” is scheduled for Monday, July 14 at 9:20 am. PT. In it, he will focus on how corporations often face complex investigations and diverse matters that involve the same custodians and data sets. Companies can find that they are repeatedly collecting the same data. This inefficient process can grow into expensive proportions especially if it is duplicated across the country or globe through different outside counsel.
