Today Body Transformation Fitness, LLC, a medical fitness facility for obese and overweight clients, announced the opening of their facility in Fort Worth near highway 820 North and Trinity Blvd. In a report released by the Center for Disease Control in January, 2012, from 2009-2010 the adult male obese population rate was at 35.7% and women were at 40.6 %. The rates are just as staggering in the Metroplex.
Body Transformation Fitness (Body T) is a state of the art medical fitness facility, supporting the full body health needs of overweight and obese clients. Their primary focus is on the health-wellness continuum, which will first improve overall health and mobility, followed by fitness and weight lost.
