Russian version of the Earth Space Agency website (earthspaceagency.org) will allow to attract more smart people to its space projects. Also it will allow to distribute valuable ideas between major languages speakers.

The idea behind the Earth Space Agency project is to build public space agency which focuses only on solving few problems which other agencies haven’ t been able to solve till this day because of defects in traditional business processes.

One of the goals is to build public space research institute, because invention of different kind of space drive is so complex task that it is required to organize ourselves in new ways.

Public space institute will provide people with remote access to experimentation devices, project information, and unique collaboration system. Researchers will be able to get necessary resources to build cheap and clever experimentation devices to share with the others.

Inventions made in Earth Space Agency projects will be public property.
