Stuart Bullock joined BJSS in 2006 as a Project Manager and is now Head of Client Services, North with responsibility for the company’s Project Centre operations in Leeds, Manchester and Derby.
James Whitehouse joined the company in 2009 after a career in Consultancy and running his own technology company. As Head of Client Services, South, James leads the company’s operations in London and Bristol.

Profile of Stuart Bullock
Stuart joined BJSS in 2006 as a Project Manager and later took overall responsibility for the Leeds Development Centre. Stuart started his career as a software developer in 1990 and progressed through many roles, including managing the South African subsidiary of one of the world’s largest Independent Software Consultancy firms.
Profile of James Whitehouse
James joined BJSS in 2009 and heads the Company’s London-based Consultancy, Development, Testing and Infrastructure groups. He has previously held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and a niche 'programme turnaround' consultancy. In late 2004, James co-founded a technology business which was sold three years.
