Real estate brokerage firm ARG American Realty Group opened its second office in Brickell this week.
The new office is located at 1800 SW 1st Avenue, Suite 603 and will be led by broker Robert Salmaci, who started the firm after several positions in the real estate industry since 1999.
The Downtown Miami Brickell location represents the increasing international clientele of ARG American Realty Group. Of the existing annual $74 billion dollar home sales in Florida - single-family homes, townhomes and condos, there were 22,572 transactions worth $6.4 billion dollars to foreigners.
In addition to Salmaci, Randall Layman will also be based in Miami, directing the firm’s real estate agent recruitment and technology integration. Before joining ARG American Realty Group, Layman worked as a real estate litigation attorney and technologist in Miami and Delray Beach/Boca Raton.
Mr. Layman said "South Florida is real estate. South Florida has never engineered a precision automobile. South Florida has never put a man on the moon. South Florida took a swamp and created the most enjoyable place in the world to work, play, and raise children."
The brokerage utilizes a unique 100% sales commission with no monthly fees or desk fees platform. There is only a $299 compliance fee for transactions ($100 for rentals) that is typically paid by the buyer at the closing.
Real estate agents and clients appreciate the high value and lower cost business model provided by ARG American Realty Group.
Mr. Layman is integrating cutting edge, cloud based technology to control the communication, document management and real estate transactions of the growing real estate agent base of the brokerage.
The firm plans substantial Miami hires, as well as, more across the state.
