Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Kevin C. Hughes has joined the executive team as President, Occupier Services.
Mr. Hughes will focus on delivering a robust platform of services to Cassidy Turley’s occupier clients across the country as well as support existing teams and account leaders in providing strategic solutions in local markets and across geographies. Additionally, he will lead efforts to fully integrate corporate outsourcing solutions by combining Tenant Representation, Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Facilities Management and Project & Development Services into a single, seamless experience.

Mr. Hughes returns to Cassidy Turley after leaving the company in 2009 to run a non-profit focused on affordable housing development. He joins Cassidy Turley from JLL, where he was Executive Managing Director and leader of the company’s Americas Transaction Service group. He also formerly led Colliers’ Corporate Solutions group and was Director of Brokerage at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, one of Cassidy Turley’s legacy firms.
