Noventri announces that Meritus Medical Center, a 257-bed community hospital located in Hagerstown, Maryland, has chosen Noventri to upgrade their digital menu board technology in the cafeteria that serves staff, visitors and patients.
The Robin's Cove is a modern and healthy eatery with food concepts that include The Grill, Cook’s Choice, and Chef’s Special and food stations that include Deli, Snacks, and Sweet Treats. The Robin’s Cove has used digital menus in the past, but decided to upgrade to Noventri Digital Menu Board technology to improve the customer experience, user experience and reliability.
“The system that was used before the Noventri solution had a media player that was PC based and was overwhelmingly unreliable,” says Jim Slemp, IS Department. “With the Solid State technology of the Noventri SF-200 player and the flexibility of their software, we were able to integrate the Noventri Menu Board technology into our existing workflows.”
