With thirty years of experience, Ms. Geller-Stoff is considered to be one the contact center industry’s top consultants. Her consulting practice, Direct Communication Specialists, LLC, founded in 1990, focuses on contact center technology, operations and performance as well as expertise in the areas of inside sales programs and multi-channel customer experience. Her professional background includes executive positions with several Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout her career, Ms. Geller-Stoff has worked with hundreds of companies to optimize their contact centers and develop successful sales, marketing and service programs. Ms. Geller-Stoff is a founding member of PACE (Professional Association for Customer Engagement, formerly the American Teleservices Association), where she has served on the National Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and has completed several terms as president of the Southeastern Chapter. Ms. Geller-Stoff is also Past President of the Society for Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) and is active with ICSA (International Customer Service Association) and other industry associations. She is an active participant in both state and federal legislation activities.
