Ciber®, Inc. has been chosen by TriHealth, an Ohio-based health system, to modernize and standardize the health care provider’s disparate general ledger, human resources and payroll systems with Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) and Infor Lawson Enterprise Financial Management systems. Ciber also will provide data conversion services, interface design and development assistance to provide TriHealth with an efficient, streamlined and unified business infrastructure.

Using Infor’s robust and integrated human resources and payroll solutions, Ciber will help TriHealth simplify personnel management and payroll. TriHealth HR leaders expect to benefit especially from the system’s online portal for employees and managers. Implementing Infor’s human resource software will provide TriHealth supervisors with online tools to manage employees, give employees the ability to view paychecks, as well as access benefit and personal information online, providing a better employee experience with lower support costs.
Ciber is also providing TriHealth with Infor’s fully unified platform for comprehensive financial management, leveraging a system that reduces complexity while improving organizational efficiencies. The consolidated system will improve reporting and analytics for TriHealth and provide additional cost savings by eliminating manually generated reporting. A single general ledger system and chart of accounts will support easier, faster and more accurate consolidated reporting.
